Turbogears の方が良さげだな、でも、Subversion か？
Pylons は、Mercurial, Grails は git なのに。

Python 本体の Subversion から Mercurial への移行が 大詰めだな、Python 陣営が、Subversion を使う理由は何もないだろうということで、いろいろぐぐる。
